What I Packed For Summer On The Coast

 

 

 

There's something freeing about packing less. 

I challenged myself to bring only pieces I knew I would reach for again and again. Instead of chasing trends or overpacking, I built a small wardrobe around neutral colors, natural fabrics, and timeless silhouettes that could take me from morning walks on the beach to dinner overlooking the ocean.

These are the pieces that earned a spot in my suitcase and the ones I would pack again tomorrow. My goal wasn't to create a capsule wardrobe with rules it was simply to make getting dressed effortless and a ritual. Every piece mixes with the next, everything fits in one suitcase, and nothing feels overly precious. Everything feels intentional. 

One thing I've learned over the years is that a beautiful wardrobe doesn't have to come from one place. My favorite outfits almost always mix investment pieces with affordable finds. A pair of Repetto ballet flats, Jennifer Fisher hoops, and Levi's worn with an Amazon Breton top or simple black bikini feel effortless because the focus is on timeless style rather than the price tag.
